Chef Michael Morway is a luminary of trendsetting tastes and originality. He believes in working with the freshest, most local ingredients possible from local farms and co-ops. Chef Michael is a leader in collaboration and innovation in the hospitality industry.
The recipient of several culinary awards, Chef Michael has been featured on the Food Network, Discovery TV, and the Guinness Book of World Records. He remains dedicated in his day-to-day work to pop-ups, innovative and local cuisines, and authentic connections with fellow food lovers.
Chef Michael has been a leading figure in Boston’s culinary scene for over two decades. His imprint on the Massachusetts hospitality industry runs deep. He has opened a wide variety of spaces, including Nosh Tavern, Trillium Brewery in the Seaport and Craftship.
Since 2017, Chef Michael has opened more than a dozen successful concepts with the Big Night Entertainment Group and the Broadway Hospitality Group. He was Executive Chef at Branch Line in Watertown, MA.
He is currently Executive Chef/Partner at Masons Steakhouse in Quincy, MA.
